This Project Will Involves the Replacement of 393 Feet of Failed 18" Storm Line, Which is the Last Segment of the Storm water Conveyance System Contributing to The Evergreen Lane Storm water Outfall, Which is Currently Severely Obstructed by a Large Tree. The Project Will Also Involve the Installation of Maintenance Access Manholes and a Relocation of the Outfall to a Conveniently Accessible Location Where It May Flow Freely. Temporary Protection & Direction of Traffic, One-Call and Pothole Existing Utilities, Clearing and Grubbing Removal and Replacement of Topsoil, Removal of Pavement, Curbs, Driveways, and Sidewalks All Restoration and Cleanup Storm Drainage Improvements- 18 Inch HDPE Pipe, 18 Inch Ductile Iron Pipe , Install Concrete Manhole provided by City, Removal of Existing Pipes, Connection to Existing Structures, Drainage Berm Embankment, Rip rap outfall pad Street Improvements - Resurfacing - A.C.
