Trade Contractors must submit a CCDC11-2019. Contractors Qualification Statement as well as any additional references. Qualification Statements will be received for the FOLLOWING TRADES: - Finish Hardware - Supply and Install DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: -143,552 sq ft of new construction; -6-storey plus basement ; 192-bed Facility; -new construction is precast floor slab on poured concrete bearing walls with brick veneer; -Project to be Green Globe Certified; -Fully Sprinklered; -Anticipated construction of 24 months with construction starting in March 2024. Interested parties are required to submit the following information which will be used in the evaluation and prequalification of bidders: 1.Completed CCDC11-2019 Contractor's Qualification Statement;=. The Owner, Schlegel Villages Inc., has sole discretion over which firms, if any, are invited to bid on the work. *Project has been estimated at approx. 50 million.
