The modular unit must meet the following minimum specifications. The bid price must include the cost for the unit, delivery plus unloading at the jobsite and installation. MODULAR UNIT #1 o Minimum of six (6) elevated events o All components must interconnect to form one modular unit. The components shall not be free standing. o Rated for ages 5 - 12 o Design, Materials and Workmanship: Must be equal to or better than the SportsPlay Zack Modular Play Unit 911-131B. o A sample layout in included for reference. ATTACHMENT "A" o Color configuration: To Be Determined o Warranty: Include information for what is covered, the duration and any limitations. o The vendor must indicate the specific Brand, Model Number and Features included on the equipment submitted for consideration. Include any product literature or information. MODULAR UNIT #2 o Minimum of seven (7) elevated events o All components must interconnect to form one modular unit. The components shall not be free standing. o Rated for ages 2 - 12 o Design, Materials and Workmanship: Must be equal to or better than the SportsPlay Bobbie Modular Play Unit 911-124B. o A sample layout in included for reference. ATTACHMENT "B" o Color configuration: To Be Determined o Warranty: Include information for what is covered, the duration and any limitations. o The vendor must indicate the specific Brand, Model Number and Features included on the equipment submitted for consideration. Include any product literature or information. SCS reserves the right to extend the contract for an additional four, one-year terms. All extensions are subject to approval by both parties. The term of this contract shall be January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024. Installation o The Contractor must provide all tools, transportation, services, supervision, materials and equipment necessary for and incidental to satisfactory completion of required work in compliance with all codes, ordinances, rules, regulations, order and other legal requirements of public authorities which bear on performance of the required work. o The Contractor shall be responsible for delivery and staging of equipment. SCS shall bear no responsibility for meeting deliveries or for loss of materials at the jobsite. o The Contractor shall strictly follow all instructions from the manufacturer when assembling and installing equipment Interested parties must direct all communication regarding this RFP to the Purchasing Supervisor, who is SCSs only official point of contact for this RFP.
