The State of Arizona, Department of Transportation has a requirement for a qualified firm to provide Roadway Weather Information System (RWIS) Equipment and Services. The Contractor shall furnish In-Vehicle Weather Information Systems, on existing vehicles, which may be located at Department facilities throughout the State. The Contractor shall coordinate equipment installation with the Department's Equipment Services group. All in-vehicle wiring and installation instructions and support shall be provided to the Department. Vibration resistant automotive style connectors shall be provided. Question Deadline: 01/05/2024 at 12:00 PM MT Contract Award: In accordance with the A.R.S. 41-2534, Competitive Sealed Proposals, award(s) shall be made to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer is determined in writing to be most advantageous to the State based upon the evaluation factors listed above. Waiver and Rejection Rights. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Solicitation, the State reserves the right to: Waive any minor informality; Reject any and all Offers or portions thereof; or Cancel the Solicitation.
