The work under this contract consists generally of milling and overlaying of existing asphalt pavement, pavement widening, replacement of existing aeronautical lighting with light emitting diode fixtures, replacement of electrical signage and regulators, pavement grooving, pavement markings, regrading shoulder areas and ponding areas, and related work at Runway 1-19 and the vicinities thereof at Teterboro Airport, Bergen County, New Jersey. This project may be federally funded in whole or in part. That the bidder has a minimum of five years construction experience and has completed (or substantially completed) as a prime or general contractor at least two contracts of type, size and complexity comparable to the work of this Contract within an Air Operations Area (AOA). A Bid submitted by a bidder who does not meet the prerequisite Qualification Information requirements will be considered non-responsive and the bidder's Bid will not be eligible for acceptance by the Authority.
