Mount angel school district progressive design builder services (pdb) mount angel sd 2023 bond projects masd pdb services REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Mount Angel School District is seeking proposals from experienced Progressive Design Build firms to provide Progressive Design Build services for the renovation projects at three (3) District facilities in Mount Angel, Oregon. The PDB firm that is selected will be providing services during the planning, design, construction, and closeout phases of the Project. This Project is a Public Work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The School District intends to enter into a contract with the selected PDB firm during the month of February 2024, with Project substantial completion slated for the end of August 2025. The District has engaged in a community based Long Range Facility Plan and Bond Development process produced the list of projects shown in Attachment A. The Bond program of projects require additional technical assessment, definition and cost estimating. This is the rationale for engaging with a Progressive Design Builder partner. The Contract is for a design and construction team consisting of architectural, engineering, construction and any related services that are either required to be included in Proposals or would add value to a proposed approach to accomplishing the Project Goals. The design build team must coordinate with District Staff and any other Consultants that the District may separately procure to assist with the Project. Estimated project construction to begin June 2024, substantial completion date is 8/29/2025.
