Town of Pelion, South Carolina, In compliance with the towns Procurement Code, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for tree/stump removal, hydroseeding, entrance removal/replacement and asphalt. The projects are at different locations one is the walking trail that runs from Lydia St to the other end of Railroad Ave and the other is at the Oaklawn Cemetery 1200 Pine St, Pelion, SC 29123. The project on the walking trail consists of: removal of approximately 336 trees and stumps, must dispose of trees and clean up all disturbed areas along with hydroseeding all disturbed areas. The project at the cemetery consists of: Removing and replacing the entrance walls to allow 10-foot road then asphalting 2 inches by 1025-foot by 10-foot road through cemetery. The Town reserves the right to cease contract negotiations if it is determined that the Bidder cannot perform the services specified in their response.
