A Bid guaranty, as required by Ohio Revised Code, Section 153.54, shall accompany each proposal submitted, as follows: 1. A Certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to ten (10) percent of the bid. A letter of credit may only be revocable by the Owner.
