The Project generally consists of the following: Furnishing and installation of Diesel Gas Generator Package Systems. Furnishing of concrete foundations, cutting and patching of existing concrete for new electrical. Furnishing and installation of Automatic Transfer Switch and all electrical connections back to the service transformer and generator. Furnishing and installation of connections to generator. Necessary Labor and Materials for turn-key installation. Any questions regarding electronic bidding or access to bid documents should be directed to PH Bidding Group at 662-407- 0193...No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All applicable laws, ordinances and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction of the project shall apply to the contract throughout. Each Bidder is responsible for reading and being thoroughly familiar with the Contract Documents. The failure or commission of any Bidder to do any of the foregoing shall in no way relieve any Bidder from any obligation in respect to this Bid. A conditional or qualified Bid will not be accepted. Award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive Bidder. Any questions regarding electronic bidding or access to bid documents should be directed to PH Bidding Group at 662-407- 0193. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer.
