1,529 S.F. TENANT BUILDOUT TO SERVE SUITE B - OFFICES, 18811 MEGAN WAY, NEW CANEY, TX Scope of Work of the Contract includes the interior construction and buildout of approximately 1529 square feet for a tenant of an existing one-story shell commercial building. The tenant fit out includes the construction of interior offices, coffee bar, storage area and restrooms. The work also includes interior doors and hardware, interior walls, ceilings, millwork and all finishes. The tenant fit out work will include an HVAC system, ductwork and diffusers. All of the spaces will have interior lighting, electrical distribution, outlets and low voltage scope. The restrooms will be complete with toilet fixtures, domestic water and sanitary connections. The finishes will consist of acoustical ceilings, carpet, ceramic tile and painted walls. The fire sprinkler system and fire alarm will be chosen by Owner and will be included as an allowance item. The deadline to ask questions is 1/09/2024 10:00 AM CST Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
