Scope Grading, concrete trails, curb ramps, irrigation, sodding, hydromulch, and planting/reforestation. The deadline to ask questions is 1/10/2024 3:00 PM CST Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid. Payment Bond in the sum of 100% of the initial Contract Price, if the initial Contract Price is $25,000 or more, Performance Bond in the sum of 100% of the initial Contract Price, if the initial Contract Price is $100,000 or more Maintenance Bond in the amount of 50% of the final Contract Price for the period reflected in Section 9.2 if the maintenance and warranty period is not covered by a Performance Bond. Contractor hereby also agrees to achieve Substantial Completion of the Work within 30 calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed and to achieve Final Completion of the Work within 45 calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bids and to waive any informalities in bidding.
