The Town Of Centerville Town Council, Centerville, Indiana Will Receive Sealed Bids For Furnishing All Labor And Materials For The Construction Of The Centerville 2023 Ccmg Project Willow Drive And Mattie Harris Road Improvements. PROJECT 2023-1550 Question Deadline 12/29/2023 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project Consists Of Milling 1-1/2 Inches & Overlay 1-1/2 Inch Of Asphalt Pavement On Mattie Harris Road And Willow Drive, Along With Four Curb Ramps Along Willow Drive Within The Urban Limits Of The Town Of Centerville. The Project Also Includes Longitudinal And Transverse Pavement Markings. A Certified Or Cashiers Check Payable To The Town Of Centerville, Or A Bid Bond In The Amount Equal To Five (5) Percent Of The Bid Amount Must Accompany Each Bid. All Checks Of Unsuccessful Bidders Shall Be Returned Upon Selection Of Successful Bidder. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required To Provide A Performance And Payment Bond Each In The Amount Of One Hundred (100) Percent Of The Contract Amount. In Determining The Lowest Responsible Bidder, The Town Of Centerville Town Council Will Consider The Total Base Bid Made For The Contract. The Town Of Centerville May Also Consider All Other Relevant Facts Mentioned In The Project Documents Such As Experience And Subcontractors. The Town Of Centerville Town Council Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids, To Waive Any Informalities In Bidding And To Award Contracts In The Best Interest Of The Town Of Centerville.
