Estimated time of completion is 215 calendar days to substantial completion, and 245 calendar days to final completion, with an estimated cost of $3,100,000. Split packages submitted will be considered unresponsive and will not be accepted or evaluated. Respondents should list the Bid Number, Bid Name, Name and Address of Respondent, and the Date of the Bid opening on the outside of the box or envelope. Respondent should submit one (1) original; AND (2) two copies and (1) USB copy of the Bid. Williamson County will not accept any Bids received after the submittal deadline.
