The Work covered by these Specifications consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, materials and performing all operations in connection with the inspection and testing, complete in accordance with the Plans, and subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. Construction of a 2 million gallon reuse ground storage tank at the East Brushy Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, including fill and drain piping, an additional reuse transfer pump, and associated control and electrical improvements. The deadline to ask questions is 1/17/2024 10:00 AM CST. For questions, please contact the City's Project Manager, Rebecca Vento, P.E., (512) 341-3129. Each proposal must be accompanied by a cashier's check or acceptable bond payable to the City of Round Rock in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total proposed contract sum, plus alternates as submitted. The successful proposer will be required to furnish payment bonds and performance bonds in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum, in accordance with chapter 2253 of the Texas government Code, within five (5) days of award of contract. Selection of the successful Proposer will be based on the selection criteria set forth in the instructions to proposers. In case of ambiguity, duplication or obscurity in the proposals, The City of Round Rock reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and waive any informalities and irregularities in any and/or all proposals received. Contractors and subcontractors shall pay to laborers, workman and mechanics the prevailing wage rates as determined by the City of Round Rock
