Written questions shall be submitted: a) By E-mail to the Citys designated Project Manager, Amer Rihani at amer.rihani@cityofvacaville.com; or b) By Letter addressed to: ELECTRIC BUS CHARGING STATION INFRASTRUCTURE (CIP 1008) City of Vacaville Public Works Department 650 Merchant Street Vacaville, CA 95688 Engineer's Estimate: $4,700,000 The general description of work includes but not limited to: furnish and install parking canopies with integrated solar PV system, install City furnished twelve (12) electric vehicle (EV) chargers consisting of twelve power cabinet and twenty-four depot charging boxes, contractor is responsible to coordinate with PG&E, obtain permits, and pay fees related to new electrical service, provide and install all electrical distribution including 480V service switchboard MSB, furnish and install all underground electric conduit and conductors, furnish and install all structural and civil work related to the project, partially remove existing Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) lines and pumping stations, provide required warranties, and all required miscellaneous work to complete the project as shown in the plans and the project special provisions. The Contractor shall possess a Class A license at the time a bid is submitted for this Project.
