The City of South Jordan is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish and install new storm drain improvements at 10200 South Storm Drain from approximately 3000 West to 2700 West. Construction services including sewer maintenance and repair, roads and highways and excavation and backfill services, levee and dam construction and digging, ditching, road grading, rock stabilization, equipment rental or lease, and energy conservation South Jordan City desires to receive proposals from Contractors to construct the storm drain improvements along 10200 S from approximately 2700 West to 3000 West. The work consist on, but it is not limited to, installation of storm drain Improvements; mobilization and site preparation; furnish and installation of HDPE casing for canal crossing and appurtenances; furnish and installation of storm drain pipeline and appurtenances; and items listed in the bid schedule. Anticipated date of Notice to Proceed: January 15, 2024. Consultants need to examine the RFP carefully to become thoroughly familiar with all conditions and requirements that may affect the work to be performed under the contract. Contractors are expected to follow all local, city, state, and federal standards, codes, and specifications. Complete and submit all needed information and documents required in the RFP documents. All questions should be asked through electronically. While the RFP is open, communication of any kind made regarding this project with any City employee is prohibited. Contractors shall review the RFP in order to provide a statement of qualifications that covers the minimum requirements. Please do not contact the City of South Jordan directly with questions. The City reserves the right to reject any Bid if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project or the City.
