Village of Endicott (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Lone Pine Water Storage Tank Replacement - HUNT 2718-028. This project shall include the replacement of the existing bolted steel water storage tank with a new glass-lined bolted steel water storage tank and concrete foundation. This work shall also include all necessary site preparations, removal of the old water storage tank, extension of utilities to the new water storage tank, alteration of fencing, extension of the gravel driveway, restoration, testing, and start-up. All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the base bid on the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Any bidder may withdraw their bid at any time before the time set for the opening of the bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of opening but may withdraw it any time prior to the scheduled closing time for reception of bids. Any bidder, submitting a sealed bid, upon returning the drawings and specifications to DATAFLOW within 30 days and in good condition, will be refunded their deposit. Any Non-Bidder may be refunded their deposit only upon returning plans and specifications prior to the bid opening.
