Construction of a high-end boutique-hotel for a recognized brand annexed for the Montreal Casino. The low-rise building will promote a dynamic interface with public space and will be in accordance with the cultural landscape. The project will feature principles of sustainable development including LEED certification, integration with Boma Best certification and carried out according to the PCI integrated design and building data modeling (BIM) processes. The new hotel will include approximately 200 rooms, integrated parking that will not affect the architectural quality of the site. TIMELINE: Project is preliminary. The owner has awarded a consortium of architectural, landscape and interior design professional consultants for preliminary studes and concept establishment following RFP PRO-HCM-002, PRO-HCM-005 and PRO-HCM-006, repectively, and is finalzing agreements with other professional consultants pre-selected following the respective RFPs. Preliminary studies are underway. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling award of other professional consultant is anticipated in fall/late 2024. Timelines of further project development will be finalized in late 2024. Further update at that time. Note. The interior design services will be provided by the firm Lemay et Associés Architectes awarded following the request for proposals PRO-HCM-006.
