If the Procurement Specialist cannot be immediately reached, you may contact the Administrative Specialist for the City Management Services Purchasing Division at (928) 213-2206 Response Types: Line Items, Response File Type of Award: Lump Sum Location : Thorpe Park, an over 200-acre regional park with a variety of access points, is the location of this project and bid opportunity. 191 N. Thorpe Road is the technical address. Bidder will be able to access the demolition area North of N. Mogollon Street with bordering roadways of N. Aztec Street and N. Bonito Street to the east and west. Contractor is to remove approximately 1,250 LF of 8-foot-tall chain link fencing, including all posts and footers, surrounding the area indicated (marked in yellow highlight) in Attachment A, Area Map ("Project"). All materials and any resulting debris are to be hauled offsite and disposed by the Bidder. Bidder will ensure that any holes created by footer excavation are filled and lightly graded to original area contour, as needed. All vehicular traffic must drive 5 MPH when entering, onsite and exiting this site. This site no longer has a construction yard as shown on the image in Attachment A, Area Map. This space is now clear of construction materials and other debris and can be utilized as a small onsite yard during the demolition of the Project. SCHEDULE: Bidder will begin work upon contract finalization. The City reserves the right to reject bids of Bidders who cannot produce satisfactory evidence that they can furnish promptly, all necessary requirements to fulfill the work described in the Scope of Work.
