SUMMARY OF WORK The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the repairs to the existing slate shingle roofing system. The scope of work also includes, but is not limited to, the complete replacement of a modified bituminous roofing system at two (2) roof areas and the installation of two (2) new roof access ladders. All bids must be accompanied by a Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Labor, pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act as to the Bidder and all subcontractors. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-26, in order to be eligible to submit a Bid for a Project, the Bidder and/or its subcontractor(s) shall be classified by NJDPMC and NJSDA in at least one of the following disciplines as listed below: C054 SITE WORK; AND/OR C009 GENERAL CONSTRUCTION/ALTERATIONS & ADDITIONS.
