Bid Package No. 13 Drywall Systems & Acoustical Ceilings Package 3. Bid Package No. 15 Epoxy Resin Composition Flooring and Walls Package The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, negotiate with any bidder and/or accept any bid that is deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. All bidders must meet the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors (Act 150 of 1965 with all Amendments and Revisions). All bids are required to include a 5% bid security with the bid. Sitework is expected to start January 2024. Substantial completion is expected June 2025. This part of the project is not expected to start prior to third quarter 2024. The value listed is that of the total project value.
