Milestrip Road over Rush Creek Bridge Replacement Replacement of twin 12' diameter CMP pipes with twin precast concrete boxes The Town reserves the right to waive informalities in or to reject any or all bids and to advertise anew, or make an award to other than the low bid. Each bid must be accompanied by certified check of the bidder, or a bid bond prepared on the form of bid bond attached hereto, duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Town, in the amount of 10% of bid amount. Such checks or bid bonds will be returned to all except the three lowest bidders within five days after the opening of bids, and the remaining checks, or bid bonds will be returned promptly after the Town and the accepted bidder have executed the contract, or, if no award has been made within 30 days after the date of the opening of bids, upon demand of the bidder at any time thereafter, so long as he has not been notified of the acceptance of his bid. Successful bidder shall furnish payment, performance and maintenance bonds in such form as may be approved by the Town Board in the amount of not less than one hundred per centum (100%) of the total amount of the accepted proposal.
