Roane County is inviting sealed bids for CONSTRUCTION SERVICES - ROANE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Invitation to Bid, the bid specifications and the Roane County Purchasing Manual. This bid is being done in connection with the Countys projects that are being funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as currently amended if bid price exceeds $25,000. If bidding over $25,000 a 5% bid bond is required. Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, material, and/or supply needs.
