PROJECT APN: 0052-040-320 The work includes but is not limited to: Construction of two fully sprinklered pre-engineered buildings, one to be used as a dormitory that will house up to 125 residents, and a community building with a kitchen for meals, medical, counseling, laundry, and meetings. The kitchen will be for warming purposes only. In addition to the dormitory and services building, there will be a separate men's and women's pre-engineered restroom and showering buildings to be installed upon delivery. The dormitory, community building, and pre-engineered restrooms shall be fully sprinklered. The project will also include site improvements and paving, a parking lot for staff and visiting services, bike parking and storage for guests and residents, and outdoor spaces comprised primarily of decomposed granite, small trees, shrubs, dog run and gardens to create a welcoming environment for outdoor eating or recreation. Work shall include but is not limited to demolition and all ancillary work associated with the work, completed in place as shown on the plans and specifications. The Bidder shall include in his bid and provide all labor, tools and materials for a complete and working project in conformance with the intent shown on the plans and specified herein. The City of Vallejo reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof, to accept a bid or portion thereof or to waive any minor irregularity. Liquidated damages that may be assessed by City of Vallejo for late completion is $1,500 for each calendar day delay.
