The scope of work for this project consists of exterior rehabilitation of 19 residential homes including, but not limited to, siding replacement, window replacement, roof replacement, and roof repairs. It also includes extensive foundation and interior repair of 4 single-family homes EQUAL OPPORTUNITY REQUIREMENTS City of Minneapolis Contracting Goals: Combined 6% Minority Business Enterprise & Women Business Enterprise City of Minneapolis Workforce Goals: 20% Female Participation, 32% Minority Participation MPHA Section 3 Participation Goals: 25% of total labor hours Section 3 and 5% by targeted Section 3 workers PROJECT WAGE INFORMATION: Davis Bacon Wages apply to this project and wage reporting will be required utilizing LCP Tracker. DEADLINE TO SUBMIT QUESTIONS: Wednesday, December 20, 2023, 3:00 PM CST Questions must be submitted online in the Housing Agency Marketplace or via email to mprahm@mplspha.org by the date and time noted above. The Project consists of the alteration of four single family homes and associated sitework. The scope of work varies by house. 3552 Minnehaha Avenue South includes modifications to create an accessible house. 3347 Minnehaha South,3536 27th Avenue S and 4319 Snelling Avenue South are receiving maintenance work including plumbing replacement, flooring, painting. roofing, window replacement and new lighting. All houses are to receive new appliances. All the houses will have basement walls reinforced and the basement floor replaced.
