Reference Number 0000337696 The project is located in Poughkeepsie, NY and includes the replacement of two (2) existing water meters with two (2) new Sensus Hydroverse meters and installation of two (2) new wall-mounted remote registers as per the design documents created by the MJ Engineering & Land Surveying, PC and outlined in Attachment A - Scope of Work. Description of the Work o Materials: Two (2) Sensus Hydroverse meters, remote registers, signal cables, and related accessories (Sensus components) will be provided by OWNER o Install power and separate manufacturer-required ground connection (from above-ground cabinet, NOT ground rods in the vault floor) to two (2) new wall-mounted remote registers (supplied with 10' power cords). Reference Hydroverse Register User Manual, Fig. 10. o Remove existing devices from above-ground cabinet (Badger registers and Pribusin RCI-100-FSK systems). o Install ACT-PAKs (2) and 510M Transceivers (2) (including power connections) in above-ground cabinet. Exact locations to be determined by owner at time of installation. o Connect remote register pulse output cables to ACT-PAKs. o Connect remote register AMR outputs to transceivers. o Utilize existing 3/4 " PVC conduit or install new as required. o Maintain 8" separation for signal cables. o Core drill as needed. o Coordinate with DCWWA staff, General Contractor (TBD), and Integrator, Aqualogics Systems, Inc. o Work covered by this scope shall include all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment necessary to performing the work, and any other expense necessary to complete the project to OWNER satisfaction. The Contractor shall secure and pay for all permits, inspections, and licenses necessary for the execution of his work.
