Landstreet Road, Orlando, FL 32824 Project Description: Removal and installation of new concrete for construction of footers. Reinforced concrete foundation. New concrete infill for construction of footers. Provide signed and sealed delegated design for pre-engineered structure connections and standing seam metal canopy system and install. Provide signed and sealed delegated design for pre-engineered column attached to concrete pedestal (5' high) painted (safety yellow). Relocate and extend existing wall pack circuits to new locations and match existing voltage on new fixture. Provide new architectural wall pack BOD: HE Williams WPAL=L49/80-50-BZ-EM/6W/UNV. Existing wall mount conduit to remain, relocate as required to for canopy structure clearance. Existing overhead coiling doors to remain. Install fabricated seamless 6"x 6" metal gutters. Install fabricated 5"x 5" metal down spouts and precast concrete splash block. Contractor will be responsible for providing dumpsters and all items necessary for the removal and disposal of all construction materials.
