HVAC Maintenance at HQ Project Scope: The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) is soliciting Bids for an annual requirements contract for HVAC Maintenance at HQ. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 1/10/2024 03:00:00 PM (ET) Questions and answers (verbal and/or received through Chat) during the meeting are not official bid responses and do not change the bid. Only questions submitted timely through NGEM will be answered and considered official responses. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) is seeking Bids from qualified Bidders for the maintenance of HVAC equipment at LVMPD Headquarters. Reference additional information under the Attachments Tab for specific requirements, terms and conditions. WITHDRAWAL OF BID (BY LVMPD) The LVMPD reserves the right to withdraw this Bid at any time without prior notice, and makes no representations that any contract will be awarded to any Bidder responding to this Bid. The LVMPD expressly reserves the right to postpone the Bid submission deadline for its own convenience. The bid security shall be written on either a standard bid bond form or the attached Bid Bond form, in favor of the LVMPD in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, pledging that the Bidder will, within 3 Days after the LVMPD's request, furnish the post-approval bonds as required herein, covering the faithful performance of the Bidder and the payment of all obligations arising.
