Southerly On-Site Solar Panel Array Installation The Sewer District is seeking a Design-Builder to provide professional design and construction services for the Southerly On-site Solar Panel Array Installation Project. The objective of the project is to evaluate, design, engineer and install a solar array(s) with an estimated minimum nameplate capacity of 350 kWdc that will reduce or stabilize the Sewer District’s electric costs (currently at $0.071/kWh for electric supply), provide a low maintenance source of on-site electricity, and reduce Southerly Wastewater Treatment Center’s (Southerly) greenhouse gas emissions. The Sewer District will self-finance and own the On-site Solar Panel Array Project, including the renewable energy certificates (RECs) and all other renewable attributes from the Project. Project Location The project site is the Southerly Wastewater Treatment Center at 6000 Canal Road, Cuyahoga Heights, OH 44125. Commence Construction December 2024 Substantial Completion September 2025
