Calgary Housing Company (CHC) on behalf of Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) is seeking interested and qualified proponents to provide proposals for Vacant Suite Renovations. This project will complete the supply and install of unit interior finishes upgrades to vacant units, provincially owned properties, within Calgary. CHC manages these properties on behalf of the Province and unit renovations will use Calgary Housing Company standard interior finishes and materials to ensure consistent installation of materials on all Calgary Housing Company managed sites. The work will be completed in vacant units and may be planned to support concurrent performance of the work to ensure all units are completed to the satisfaction of CHC and the resident.
