SCOPE The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, mobilization and incidentals necessary to: demolish, remove, load and haul off all building debris and free-standing concrete walls off the old farm site at William O'Brien State Park. LOCATION OF WORK The location of the project is: 15040 Old Marine Trail, N. Marine on St. Croix, MN 55047. The work is to be performed on property owned by the State of Minnesota, Department of Natural Resources. All inquiries, information, and coordination with the Project Supervisor relating to the scheduling of work, use of site and similar matters shall be directed to: Wayne Boerner/Project Supervisor Park Manager 16821 O'Brien Trail N Marine on St. Croix, MN 55047 651-539-4983 Wayne.boerner@state.mn.us SCHEDULE / TIME OF COMPLETION Work cannot commence before receipt of Notice to Proceed. The project shall be substantially complete by June 14, 2024. Final Completion of the work shall be on or before June 30, 2024. PREVAILING WAGE REQUIREMENTS. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 177.41 to 177.44 and corresponding Minnesota Rules 5200.1000 to 5200.1120, this contract is subject to the prevailing wages as established by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. Specifically, all contractors and subcontractors must pay all laborers and mechanics the established prevailing wages for work performed under the contract. Failure to comply with the aforementioned may result in civil or criminal penalties. Prevailing Wage requirements apply to a contract or work under a contract, under which: 1. only one trade or occupation is required to complete it and the project is greater than $2,500; or 2. the estimated total cost of completing the project is greater than $25,000. The Contractor and Subcontractor shall furnish to the Contracting Authority and the Project Owner all payrolls, of all workers on the project, via E-mail as attachments, to the appropriate E-mail address: prevailingwage.dnr@state.mn.us
