ELECTRONIC bids will be received by the South Jersey Transportation Authority for: ATLANTIC CITY EXPRESSWAY 2024 SPRING RESURFACING PROGRAM The Atlantic City Expressway 2024 Spring Resurfacing Program consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and performing all work required to mill and resurface the Westbound and Eastbound Atlantic City Expressway excluding both shoulders. The areas to be milled and resurfaced for the three (3) base bids are as follows: Base Bid 1: Westbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 31.6 to Milepost 37.5 and Eastbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 43.0 to Milepost 35.8 Base Bid 2: Westbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 31.6 to Milepost 37.5 and Eastbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 43.0 to Milepost 36.5 Base Bid 3: Westbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 31.6 to Milepost 37.5 and Eastbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 43.0 to Milepost 35.0 Bidders are advised to review the detailed scope of work and restrictions noted in the Instructions to Bidders ITB-1, Section 1. Pursuant to certain specifications prepared by the South Jersey Transportation Authority, Department of Engineering. *Important Note: The South Jersey Transportation Authority will only accept electronic bid submissions through the Bid Express electronic bidding portal. Any emailed, mailed or physical bids delivered to the Authority will not be accepted and/or will be returned to the bidder unopened. A Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the TOTAL BID PRICE but not to exceed $20,000.00, is required to accompany all bid submissions. In order to bid this project, the bidder shall be pre-qualified under one (1) of the following NJDOT Class Codes: The bidder shall be prequalified at the time of bid submission.
