The project includes but is not limited to the following work and may be stated by reference as though bound herein: Reference the construction documents for the locations and the scope which includes but is not limited to the following: The Project consists of the demolition and Fit-out / modification for the scope of work area which includes Asbestos flooring encapsulation and piping insulation abatement. Remove and install new roof, provide new stairs and sloped walk, install new interior and exterior doors, saw cut CMU and install new windows. Provide new mechanical roof top unit, modify and provide new unisex toilet room with shower. Provide new lighting, provide new paint and base. Modify fore alarm system. The Volpe Center has a property lease agreement of approximately 180 acres located at Joint Base Cape Cod (JBCC) in Sandwich, MA consisting of one building (Building #2410) and an aircraft runway that are used for demonstration & testing of backup Global Positioning System (GPS) capabilities and a complimentary Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) system. In support of the United States Air Force (USAF) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Volpe Center requires commercial services to replace the inoperable Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) System. This service entails executing tasks as per drawings and specifications for Building #2410
