Timberview High School Field House Repairs A. Work Included: 1. Contractor shall comply with the following requirements concerning scope and work restrictions. 2. If the Contractor believes that meeting the restrictions in this section would cause a delay to the intended schedule, they shall issue an RFI requesting specific modifications to that specific Work Restriction that would permit construction to continue without delay and indicating the reasons for the request. If construction proceeds without meeting any of the restriction requirements or obtaining approval for a modification of these requirements, the Contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with removing and replacing all construction that occurred in violation of the Work Restrictions, if directed to by the Architect, without any increase in approved construction costs or schedule for the project. B. Related Work: 1. Documents affecting work of this Section include, but are not necessarily limited to, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and Sections in Division 01 of these Specifications. 2. The work of other contracts is described in various contract documents prepared therefore, some of which are in the possession of the Owner and are available for inspection by interested parties. C. Specific Project Restrictions: 1. Contractor shall be advised that the school will be operating during the duration of this project. 2. Contractor shall coordinate with the Owner any activities which will disrupt normal school operations. 3. Before project completion and a certificate of occupancy is issued, Contractor shall provide fully established grass at locations including but not limited to all disturbed areas, under items that have been stored on site, construction trailers and storage units. 4. Contractor may begin construction on or about January 24, 2024 and shall be substantially complete on July 26, 2024
