1. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment for needed services. 2. Engineered Wood Fiber shall be IPEMA certified and meet the most current ASTM F1292, ASTM F1951, ASTM F2075 and ASTM F3351 standards. Contractor may be required to provide material source and certification documentation. 3. Contractor shall secure the worksite area to prevent public from entering work zone. 4. Contractor is responsible for any damage to any light fixtures, fences, sprinklers, playground structures, buildings, drinking fountains, sidewalks & trails caused by delivery of needed services. This list is not an exhaustive list. 5. Contractor is responsible for any rutting caused by his/her vehicle(s) and/or equipment. 6. Contractor is responsible for visiting sites to identify exact locations of playground areas. 7. The City of Conroe may direct specific dates and times for delivery of services as to not interfere with park and recreation programming, facility rentals or general park activities. The City of Conroe will receive sealed bids electronically through Vendor Registry or in duplicate for Engineered Wood Fiber Installation for the City of Conroe Parks and Recreation Department. No bid may in any way qualify, modify, substitute or change any part of the specifications contained herein. The City of Conroe reserves the right to reject any and all offers, award parts of bids, award to multiple vendors and to waive informalities in submission of bids. The City of Conroe also reserves the right to award this proposal to the lowest most qualified responsible bidder meeting all the specifications or to the bidder who provides goods or services at the best value for the City.
