Question Deadline 1/15/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Reference Number 0000337356 Job Location: 50 Quebec Avenue, Longmont, CO Questions are submitted online Yes, Contact: Tyler Mellecker Email Address: Tyler.Mellecker@longmontcolorado.gov Telephone Number: 303-651-8494 The work to be performed under this contract includes erosion and sediment control; grading, finish grading, and soil preparation; dewatering and pond construction; storm drainage, trenching and backfilling; concrete flatwork; aggregate surfacing; prefabricated restroom with a grain silo placed on top of it; water, sanitary sewer, and electrical service; prefabricated metal park shelters; playground equipment; sports courts; site furnishings, wood fencing, signs; irrigation system; trees, shrubs, seeding, sodding, mulching; and weed management. Refer to design documents for entire scope of work. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Plans and Specifications. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % A Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to 5% of the total Bid amount is required at the time of the Bid Opening. The Guarantee must be a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder on the City's own form, or a cashier's check payable to the City of Longmont Liquidated damages will be charged in the amount of $1,000 per day if the project is not complete as specified. The City of Longmont reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Bid; reject any bid, in whole or in part; to adjust the quantity of Work to be done as mandated by budgetary requirements; and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids received; when it is in the City's best interest to do so.
