Bid Documents are available at: www.Biddingo.com Description of Deliverables: The above mentioned Procurement represents the competitive process to award the Stipulated Sum contract to the successful Proponent for renovation of 2 patient care units in Princess Margaret Cancer Centre located Toronto, Ontario. The project will have two main phases. Phase 1 - Renovate 16A including upgrading related infrastructure. Hand over the space for occupancy. Phase 2 - Renovate 14B including upgrading related infrastructure. Start of Phase 2 is contingent of contractor handing over 16A with all deficiencies addressed and occupancy permit obtained from the City.
