PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. Renovation of existing baseball dugouts, construction of new softball dugouts, construction of a tennis storage shed, and correction of grade issues on the baseball and softball fields. Contract Documents may also be viewed online free of charge. Links to the document files are posted on the Saint Paul Public Schools Purchasing Department's website 1. Contact the Printer in advance to order the documents or order on-line. 2. Make checks payable to ARC Central. 3. Documents may be picked up by bidders directly from the Printer. 4. If delivery of the documents is requested, charges shall be paid by the Bidder directly to the Printer. 5. The Owner will provide up to 8 sets of documents to the successful bidder. Additional sets may be purchased by the Contractor. QUALIFICATION Each bidder shall review the General Conditions of the Contract, Invitation To Bid Form and Contractor Verification of Compliance forms included in the project manual as noted in 1.6 D and E above, to verify eligibility for consideration under the criteria established for this project. It is MANDATORY that a qualified representative from each prospective bidder's organization attends one of the two Pre-bid Conferences scheduled for this project. Each Pre-bid Conference will include a walk-through of the project. Sub-bidders are encouraged to attend. Prime Contractors are required to attend and will be responsible for any items discussed at the pre-bid meeting. Direct any communications to Purchasing/GETALL After the Pre-Bid Conference, the building will remain open to prospective bidders for a period of one hour. Prospective bidders will be required to sign-in and sign-out on the attendance form and a list of the prospective bidders will be included in an Addendum. Only those organizations listed in the addendum are eligible to submit a bid. The Owner intends to recommend award of Contract on January 23, 2024 SPPS Purchasing will send Contract to bidder after BOE award and processing is completed. Questions and requests for clarifications should be presented in writing to the Buyer via the Districts esubmission platform no later than December 28, 2023, at 2:00 pm
