Substantial Concrete floor slab replacement in conjunction with new structure that is required for the Roof rebuild. Removal and Replacement of Serving Line Equipment & Associated utilities. Kitchen Renovation: Removal & Replacement of all Kitchen Equipment. Renovation of the back-of-house Area behind kitchen. Relocation of Dry Storage area & Coolers & Freezers. New Floors, Base, lights & Wall Finsihes. Corridors Renovation: New floors, Wall finishes & Ceilings. Locker Replacements. Restrooms: Relocation of Gang Toilet Rooms. Receiving Area: Renovation of Maintenance Office, storage rooms and Receiving Area Entrance. Area A 1st Floor Renovations: Secure Entry: Floor Replacement, Door relocation, associated Heating, Access Controls. Cafeteria Grand Entry Stair: Modifying the Existing Main office & Copy Room to provide Stairwell opening to Cafeteria. o 2nd Floor Renovation: Classrooms: Converting 32 existing classrooms to 21 Larger classrooms. These are full renovations, including floors, lights, ceilings, new walls, Display & teaching walls, doors and all associated HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing. Corridors: New floors, lights, ceilings, wall tile, Lockers, UV's and Smoke Barrier Doors. Drinking fountain replacements, Security Cameras & Life Safety Fixtures (Fire extinguishers, wayfinding, etc.) Restrooms: New Gang Toilet & Single Occupant Restrooms including fixtures, partitions and accessories. Offices: Teacher office spaces, to include new floors, walls, ceilings, lights and associated HVAC. o Roof Replacement & Recovery: Areas A, B, AND Portion of D as Roof Recovery Roof area C & Portions of D roofing Replacement Skylight Replacements & Infills. o Parking Lot Replacement: Main Parking Lot Mill & Topping Retaining wall Replacements & Refinishing Guard Rail Replacements Drainage Modifications Loading Dock, Concrete Stairs & railings. o Miscellaneous Areas of renovation including: Auditorium: Minor Historical Plaster Repair and Associated Paint Restoration, Plenum (Attic Space) Ventilation system. Additional Auditorium Scope part of Alternate #5 IT Office Suite: Area C Full Tech. Office renovation, new exterior window & door openings, Secure vestibule, security window & Reception desk. Associated HVAC & Plumbing work. Gym & Mezzanine: Addition of AC to old Gym Space. (Full Gym renovation part of Alternate #1.) CER Rooms: CER room buildouts to house Technology Data Racks for the HS cabling work. o Building Systems: Fire Alarm: Full system replacement Cabling: Recalling the HS Building Misc.
