Question Acceptance Deadline 01/04/2024 04:30 PM EST Questions are submitted online No *Bloomfield Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids The Township of Bloomfield, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to perform a cape seal project for the Township of Bloomfield, the total of which shall consist of approximately $200,000 of work at 3-5 locations on residential streets within the Township. This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP). During the evaluation process, the Township reserves the right where it may serve the Townships best interest to request additional information or clarification from proposers, or to allow corrections of errors or omissions. At the discretion of the Township, firms submitting proposals may be requested to make oral presentations as part of the evaluation. It is anticipated the selection of a firm will be completed by mid-January, 2024. An Agreement for services will be required with the selected Contractor. A copy of the Agreement is contained herein for reference. Contract services will commence upon execution of the service agreement by the Township.
