The proposed work consists of the installation of 2,100 LF of new 8" PVC SDR 35 collector pipe, catch basins, cleanouts, and storm laterals along Colony Drive and Clairhaven Drive in the City of Hudson, Ohio, in accordance with the specifications which are on file in the office of the City Engineer Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the ORC, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the City of Hudson. The City of Hudson, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any nonconformities not involving price, time, or changes in the work. Question Deadline 01/02/2024 - All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing through the Bid Express website. The person submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt delivery. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all Bidding Documents Holders through the Bid Express website. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
