This project consists of the interior remodel of existing 1450 sf area of Bonner Hall 3rd floor, including the modification of Lab room #3221 for installation of vivarium, tissue culture, microscope rooms, and lab support space. It also includes modification of existing rooms #3222 and #3222A for surgery and animal behavior response room. There is no charge for the Bid Documents which will be made available to the prequalified bidders. Only prequalified bidders will be allowed to submit a Bid on this project. Bids and other documents required to be submitted with the Bid shall be a single PDF uploaded via the e-Builder Bidding Module. Participants shall meet at 3rd floor on the east side of Bonner Hall. Contractors and subcontractors must use the DIR's upgraded electronic certified payroll reporting (eCPR) system to furnish certified payroll records (CPRs) to the Labor Commissioner. Contractors and subcontractors who have been submitting PDF copies of their CPRs for earlier projects must also begin using the new system. The successful Bidder shall pay all persons providing construction services and/or any labor on site, including any University location, no less than the UC Fair Wage (defined as $15 per hour) and shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local working condition requirements.
