The City of Ormond Beach, in compliance and in accordance with the provisions of the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act, Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, and Section 287.057, Procurement of Contractual Services, Florida Statutes, is seeking qualification submittals from qualified consulting firms to provide to provide Professional, Architectural, and Engineering services related to the completion of a comprehensive space needs analysis; site planning including a review and recommendation of property options; design and permitting of a new Joint Emergency Operations and Public Safety Complex; and performing construction administration services. The City seeks a qualified firm whose project team brings experience and expertise in the planning and design of public and municipal facilities who can provide a professional, timely, and cost-effective service to the City and this project. Respondents must be able to provide examples of successful projects where the completion of space needs analysis resulted in the design and construction of public safety facilities including police stations, emergency operations facilities, fire services facilities, and public works facilities.
