The Solicitation consists of replacing the existing Main Terminal and Rental Car Center Martin Brattrud Gleneagles Lounge Chairs as they show signs of wear and have reached the end of their useful life. Additionally, this Solicitation includes the purchase of two Agati tables and power outlets. Question and Clarification Deadline: January 5, 2024, 2:00pm Scope of Work Awarded Respondent will provide the following furniture and power outlets: 1. Manufacturer: Martin/Brattrud Description: Gleneagles Lounge Chair with Arms 30" W X 31" D X 29" HSH 17" with Mayer fabric color, admiral Quantity: 122 Note: All dimensions are standard. Exposed metal base & legs. Standard with brushed chrome finish. Awarded Respondent will add custom anchor tabs as depicted in Attachment D, Custom Anchor Tab. Gleneagles Lounge Chairs will have attached non-reversible seat & back cushion and high-density firm cushions. Awarded Respondent will deliver and install all Gleneagles Lounge Chairs. Awarded Respondent will remove/dispose of existing furniture, including removing one hundred (100) Gleneagles Lounge Chairs from the Main Terminal and removing twenty-two (22) Gleneagles Lounge Chairs from the Rental Car Center. See Attachments A, Main Terminal and B, Rental Car Center for seating unit locations. Awarded Respondent will utilize loading docks and service elevators at both the Main Terminal and Rental Car Center locations. 2. Manufacturer: Agati Description: GEE-OCC-TBL-1825-17 Quantity: 2 Note: Gee Occasional Table, stone top, laminate table with (4) metal legs. All (4) corners of table to have 1/2" radius anodized aluminum corner protectors. Square anodized aluminum, satin finish legs. 18W 25H 17H Awarded Respondent will deliver all Agati Gee Occasional Tables. 3. Manufacturer: Agati Description: ELEC-AXILZ-2P-2USB-BK-AA Quantity: 2 Note: Axil-Z Axil Z 2 power and 2 USB (4 ports)- anodized aluminum with black outlets with 72" Cord.
