The project will include new Town & Country LED luminaires, direct bury poles, underground conduit & wire, and new power sources. New street lighting will be installed on sections of South Calhoun Street, Maple Avenue, Huestis Avenue, Scott Avenue and Thompson Avenue. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Direct all questions to Project Manager, Pat Dooley via email - PatDooley@cityoffortwyane.org or phone - 260-427-2787. If the Contract Price isin excess of $200,000, the contract will be subjectto the standard Board of Public Works escrow agreement. However, payments to the Contractor are not to exceed 95% of the total Contract Price until the Owner has verified that the Contractor has made good faith efforts to attain the 10% EBE goal stipulated in here within. Payment of the final 5% of the total Contract Price will be dependent upon acceptance of the Work, in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions, and good faith efforts to comply with these EBE participation requirements; subject to reduction in the event of non-compliance as provided in paragraph 9.03.E.
