Est. Completion Date: Dec. 31, 2026 Question Deadline 01/05/2024 The scope of the CMAR Contract is summarized as follows: Construction of the Fort Laramie Canal Tunnel 1 and 2, including the four portals to convey a design discharge of 1,532-cfs of irrigation water annually between May through September. Preconstruction services, including but not limited to Value Engineering/Constructability (VEC), risk, time, and cost management from a qualified CMAR. During the preconstruction process the CMAR will have the ability to bid work authorizations for work related to the following potential construction work packages including, but not limited to: Limited Site Preparation Portal Removal and Replacement Tunnel Rehabilitation of Tunnel 1 at 2,699 feet Tunnel Rehabilitation of Tunnel 2 at 2,029 feet The existing project design for tunnel rehabilitation using the sequential excavation method (SEM) recently reached the 30% design milestone for two irrigation tunnels and the associated portals. CMAR shall review the 30% design milestone and prepare a Value Engineering/Constructability (VEC) report that includes cost, time, and risk management. The CMAR shall participate and review each subsequent design milestone and update their report as the design progresses. CMAR shall prepare a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Proposal and other related tasks as identified in the scope of work. The Owner's main objectives are to construct the project within the funding budget and timeframe and maintain the required supply of irrigation water. Owner will conduct a mandatory Information Conference regarding the CMAR Contract and CMAR selection process. The Information Conference regarding the CMAR Contract and CMAR selection process will be held virtually on December 20, 2023 at 10 am through Teams.
