Scope of Work, Radio Equipment Shelter Specifications Radio System Sites. The Minnesota Department of Administration requests proposals (RFP) to purchase four (4) 12' W x 30' L x 10' H prefabricated radio equipment shelters for the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) Office of Statewide Radio Communications, as specified in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work. Proposals need to include delivery to the sites specified in Exhibit C, Appendix A, Tower Sites and Alternate Delivery Locations. Responders must provide a price for all line items available on the the Exhibit D Price Schedule to be considered for an award. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to John Roth by December 20, 2023, no later than 2:00 PM CT. The term of this contract is anticipated to be from January 15, 2024, to January 14, 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional 36 months in increments determined by the State. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $700,000.00 to $750,000.00. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. RIGHT TO ADD: The State reserves the right to increase the number of radio equipment shelters when new site locations have been identified by the Department of Transportation.
