The Regional School District #16 is seeking proposals for the replacement of an 8,000 gallon underground storage tank and components at the Laurel Ledge Elementary School located at 30 Highland Avenue Beacon Falls,Ct. 06403. The project includes removing the current year 1993 8,000 gallon underground storage tank (UST), and replacing it with a new double walled STIP steel tank or fiberglass tank. Questions about this RFP should be directed to Mark Parrino, Director of Facilities, by email only to mparrim@region16ct.org, no later than December 20, 2023 at 3:30pm. Answers to questions received will be posted by Wednesday December 27, 2023 on the Region's website at www.regionl6ctorq under the business department. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to review any or all addendum or question responses related to this RFP, failure to address any addenda relating to this RFP may disqualify submitted bids or proposals for this RFP. The selected firm must meet all municipal, state, and federal AA and EEO requirements and practices. MBE's, WBE's, and SBE's are encouraged to apply. The Regional School District #16 reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole or part, to award any one service or group of services or all services, to negotiate with any or all companies submitting proposals, and enter into any agreement with any company for any services mentioned in this RFP, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Regional School District #16.
