Lebanon Community Schools ("the Owner") Requests Proposals from companies experienced in Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Cafeteria Kitchen Equipment for the Lebanon High School Cafeteria Equipment project. The work consists of: Lebanon High School is looking to upgrade their existing food serving stations with new equipment. This will include, but is not limited to, serving, counters, salad bars, milk coolers, cashier counters, refrigerators, and more. Equipment is to be delivered and installed before the start of the 2024-2025 school year. The following deadlines and restrictions are applicable to the project: Project start date June 17, 2024. Contract must meet a Substantial Completion date of August 16, 2024. There will be NO PRE-BID MEETING for this project, all prospective suppliers interested in proposing MUST EMAIL Amelia Stirewalt, Project Manager at amelia.stirewalt@hmkco.org to be placed on the Bidders List for this project. Only proposals from companies that have submitted their information before the specified deadline will be considered. BOLI wage rates or Davis-Bacon Act, whichever is higher will be applicable to this project. The wage rates are included in the bid documents which are available as noted above. This solicitation does not obligate the Owner to pay any costs incurred in preparation of Proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal that is not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. For good cause, the Owner may reject any or all Proposals upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so. ANY PROTEST OR REQUEST FOR CHANGE MUST BE DELIVERED IN WRITING to David McKay, Principal in Charge, HMK Company, at PO Box 3223, Salem, OR 97302, ON OR BEFORE SEVEN (7) DAYS PRIOR TO THE DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS.
