Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 25 % - and Materials Bond 100 % The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, and further reserves the right to accept any bid or parts of bids which it deems to best serve the interest of the City. In addition, contracts will be awarded pending City Council budget approval.
